Returns

If there is a concern or sizing issue, please contact me at gidget@nationcouture.com and I will happily assist in resolving the issue.

All sales are final. No refunds are permitted. Only store credit will be given if one decides to cancel their order before product is made. Exchanges are permitted on Quick ship merchandise only if necessary sizes are available in stock and the original merchandise must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in original packaging. Shipping costs will be covered by the purchaser. All exchanges must be made within 14 days of the purchase.

Upon receipt of your returned item(s) we will send you an email to notify you that we have received them. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your returned item(s). If you are approved a credit will be applied to your Nation Couture account for either a store credit or exchange.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange if for the same item, send us an email at NationCouture@gmail.com and send item to Nation Couture, 1205 Racine St, Aurora, CO 80011.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for exchanged product to reach you will vary.
If you are shipping an item we suggest you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance since we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
